The reservation is considered valid when the written confirmation has been received from us and the required confirmation deposit has been paid. The reservation is an agreement between the parties in which the hotel undertakes to book the room for the days and with the agreed treatment and the guest undertakes to respect the dates and treatment requested at the time of booking under penalty of being charged for the days /services cancelled or reduced.

The rooms and our hotel services will be available from 1.00 pm on arrival day. Please let us know if you arrive after 8.00 pm.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.30 am.
In case of early departure or late arrival, we will charge the unused days with the same daily fee per person agreed upon booking.

Cancellations must be in writing.
Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free, the deposit will be refunded.
From 29 to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded but kept valid for a next stay (within 3 months of cancellation).
From 7 days to the day of arrival, the deposit will be retained and no further penalties will be requested.
