The reservation is considered confirmed by paying a deposit of € 400,00 per room by bank transfer or credit card.

The rooms and our hotel services will be available from 1.00 pm on arrival day. Please let us know if you arrive after 8.00 pm.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.30 am.
In case of early departure or late arrival, we will charge the unused days with the same daily fee per person agreed upon booking.

Cancellations must be in writing.
Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free, the deposit will be refunded.
From 29 to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded but kept valid for a next stay (within 3 months of cancellation).
From 14 days to the day of arrival, the deposit will be retained and no further penalties will be requested.
